Gilchrist Construction Company is very honored to be named as a recipient of the HIRE Award for our efforts in the field of workforce development. GCC was nominated for this prestigious award based upon the implementation of the WorkKeys assessments and National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) in our organization. Our nomination was based upon the attached case study published by the ACT organization.
The article (and link) below appeared in the U. S. News & World Report; we accepted the award last week at the Close-It Summit in Washington, D.C.
