Project Details:

Job 1141 is located in Starks La which is in South West Louisiana. The original project consisted of the construction of five detour bridges with one mile of detour road and replacing four existing bridges located on Hwy 12. Due to constructability issues, we proposed a Value Engineering plan to LADOTD to eliminate one of the detour bridges, lowering the detour road 4', shifting the detour road 8' south and building the detour road and bridges in two phases.
