As we strive to achieve our vision "to be the Safest, most Efficient construction Team in our industry," we are proud of our accomplishments in the area of safety. We do realize however, as we transition from good to great, there remains room for improvement. Combined with our safety initiatives, our human resource and organizational development initiatives will see us through to becoming a "world class" performer in the area of safety.
Our project management teams have a clear understanding of our commitment to safety. In sum, if we can not do it safe, we do not do it. Because we measure safety performance on each project and regularly provide performance feedback to each crew, superintendent and project manager, our project management teams know exactly where they stand versus their personal and project safety goals
Our safety performance clearly demonstrates our commitment and our belief that no part of our work is so urgent or important that we will compromise this commitment to carry out all work in a safe manner.
